How long until my order ships?

Every shirt, hoodie and accessory is made to order just for you by our production partner, Printful. It usually takes 2–5 business days to make your order before it ships. Once it's on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Why is everything made to order?

It means no piles of unsold inventory, a little less waste, and every item printed fresh for you. Worth the short wait, we promise.

How do digital downloads work?

Our digital designs and printables are instant downloads, so nothing ships to your door. After checkout, you'll get access to your files to download, print and craft to your heart's content. If you can't find your download, check your spam folder or email us and we'll get it to you.

Why do the coloring books send me to Amazon?

Our coloring books are printed and shipped by Amazon, so the Buy on Amazon button takes you straight to the book's Amazon page to order.

Do you do custom or bulk shirts?

Yes! Station shirts, department events, fundraisers, family reunions for the whole first-responder crew, we love a good group order. Send us the details on our Contact page and we'll get back to you.

How do your shirts and fleece fit?

Our adult tees, hoodies and crewnecks are unisex and come in sizes S–5XL. If you like a roomier, off-duty fit, size up. Check each product page for sizing details before you order.

Do you have shirts for kids?

We sure do. Our youth tees are perfect for the future officers, firefighters and medics (and the ones who already think they're in charge).

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

If something arrives wrong, we'll make it right. That's a promise. Just email us at dutyanddesignco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it from there.
