Duty & Design Co. is a family business made by and for the first-responder community: the officers, firefighters, medics and dispatchers who run toward it, and the spouses, kids and parents who keep the porch light on.
Why we started
We couldn't find shirts that sounded like us, the way we actually talk around the station table and the kitchen table. Proud, a little sarcastic, and fueled by more coffee than any doctor would recommend. So we started making them.
What we make
- Tees for every uniform: police, fire, EMS and dispatch, plus the "off duty" ones for when the radio's finally quiet.
- Gear for the whole family: youth and infant tees for the future officers and firefighters (and the ones who already think they're in charge).
- Little things for the station and home: decals, mugs, totes, can coolers, mouse pads and candles that smell way better than the back of the rig.
Made to order, made with care
Every item is printed or poured just for you by our production partner, Printful. That means no piles of unsold inventory and a little less waste. It usually takes 2–5 business days to make your order before it ships. If something arrives wrong, we'll make it right. That's a promise. Just email us.
